When you loose your patience in any situation then frustration pops up now frustration leads you to aggression and with aggression irritation starts in mind about the person or situations. Finally you caught up in cycle of frustration aggression and irritation. This is called depression. Depression is worrying  about your past situation  So keep your mind in present moment have patience and through away depression
